During his homily, the bishop invited participants to contemplate and follow the path of suffering, death, and resurrection of Jesus Christ. He encouraged the community to live as people of the Resurrection every day of their lives.

After the Mass, the bishop visited the nearby Jesuit community and blessed its new house and chapel. He called the community members to actively get involved in evangelization for people in the area.
