Thirteen 2nd-year novices professed their first vows in September 9, 2021 at the chapel of St. Joseph Jesuit Scholasticate in Thu Duc, Hochiminh City, Vietnam. Fr. Vincent Pham Van Mam, SJ, presided over the mass together with Jesuits from nearby communities.

Three newly ordained Jesuits priests of the Vietnam Province: Fr. Peter Tran Hoan Chinh, SJ, Fr. Dominic Do Hung Dinh, SJ, and Fr. Dominic Vu Chi Kien, SJ, were ordained on December 03, 2020 by the Most Reverend Cosme Hoang Van Dat, SJ, Bishop of Bac Ninh at St. Joseph Jesuit Scholasticate (SJJS) in Hochiminh City.
