On the third last day of the meeting, all participants discussed the restructuring process of some apostolate committees as well as the assigning of Jesuit personnel and resource to these committees.

These three days spent together also included joint celebrations of the Eucharist. Especially, after the meeting, Fr Joseph Pham Tuan Nghia, SJ pronounced his final vows of perpetual poverty, chastity, obedience and special obedience to the Pope with regard to mission before Fr Vincent Pham Van Mam, SJ, Provicial Superior of the Vietnam Province Jesuits in the chapel of St Joseph Jesuit Scholasticate. Professing his final vows on October 19, the memorial of the North American martyrs, Fr Joseph said that he is nothing compared to the martyrs, but “only a sinner whom God has called to be his friend.”
Fr Nghia entered the Society of Jesus in 1996. He obtained the degree of Baccalaureate in Sacred Theology at the Loyola School of Theology. He was ordained priest in 2006. He obtained his Licentiate in Pontifical Biblical Institute, Rome and later a doctorate degree in Theology in Innsbruck, Germany. Presently, Fr Nghia is the Rector of St. Joseph Jesuit Scholasticate of the Vietnam Province.
